Effective August 30, 2026Welcome to ROVA. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
1. Rider Safety & Disclaimer
- No distracted riding: ROVA is designed to track motorcycle rides and telemetry. Never interact with your phone, adjust routes, or use the app in a way that compromises your safety or violates traffic laws while riding. Always prioritize road safety and local regulations.
- Assumption of risk: Motorcycle riding carries inherent risk of injury, accident, or death. ROVA's tracking, speed metrics, and maps are for informational and logging purposes only. We assume no liability for accidents, injuries, fines, or property damage incurred while using the app.
2. User Accounts & Conduct
- Account responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your profile.
- Community standards: If you use public community features, you agree not to upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content, or footage that encourages reckless riding. We reserve the right to remove public content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.
3. Intellectual Property
All app design, UI layouts, source code, logos, and branding associated with ROVA are the exclusive property of the developers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the application.
4. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the ROVA application or any of its features at any time without prior notice or liability.
